1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the isp64 platform and all its services. By accessing the isp64 website or opening an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

isp64 is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform offering slots, casino games, sports betting, and other gaming experiences for players in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you confirm that you are voluntarily and knowingly participating in gaming activities.

isp64 reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered as your automatic acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on isp64. Opening an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited. Any such account, once identified, will be closed immediately and all associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are operated by the same person or from the same device or IP address, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Your name, mobile number, and payment method details must be correct. The full risk of account cancellation due to false or incorrect information lies with the user. isp64 may request additional information or documents for identity verification when needed.

• The name on the account must match the name on the payment method.
• A mobile number or email address can be linked to only one account.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. isp64 will never ask for your password by phone or email. You are responsible for all activities that take place under your account.

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. isp64 will investigate promptly and take the necessary action. However, isp64 is not liable for financial losses caused by unauthorized use by a third party, unless the user can demonstrate that it resulted from a security flaw on the platform itself.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on isp64 is ৳200. We accept Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits through any method other than these four are not accepted.

Confirmation that funds have been credited to your account is required after each transaction is completed. If you experience any issue with a transaction, contact the support team immediately and have a screenshot or transaction ID ready.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number that is registered and verified on your account. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

• All applicable wagering requirements on the account must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• It may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request once it is being processed.
• isp64 may require additional identity verification for any withdrawal request in the interest of security checks.
• The withdrawal method must be the same as the deposit method.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the correct amount and correct account number are used during a transaction. isp64 will not be liable for funds lost due to incorrect information. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The account must be fully verified in order to receive a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• The specified wagering requirements must be completed before winnings from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If any misuse or fraudulent use of a bonus is detected, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• isp64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.3 VIP Program

isp64's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Moving to a higher tier depends on your activity and gaming history on the platform. VIP benefits are communicated separately and isp64 may change the VIP program terms at any time.

6 Gaming Rules

Fair play is ensured across all games on isp64. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before participating. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault or loss of connection, isp64 will investigate the situation and make a decision, which shall be considered final.

• isp64 is not responsible if your internet connection is lost during a game.
• In the event of technical issues caused by software or hardware faults, game bets may be voided where applicable.
• Issues with a game provider's server are outside isp64's control.
• For sports betting, official sources are final in determining results.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the isp64 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in account closure and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

• Misusing bonuses or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Using software hacking, cheating tools, or automated bots.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.
• Any attempt to disrupt the security or operations of the platform.
• Colluding with other users or coordinating to defraud the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 isp64's Rights

isp64 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly where there are security concerns or suspected violations of the Terms. An attempt will be made to inform the user of the reason, however in some cases the reason may not be disclosed in the interest of the investigation.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time of your own choosing. Notifying the support team will initiate the account closure process. You will be given the opportunity to complete any applicable withdrawals before the account is closed, though bonus-related terms still apply.

9 Responsible Gaming
